Job Description Summary

The Remote Site Coordinator (RSC) is responsible delivering client facing services as part of C&W’s Remote Site Management service capability within C&W’s Manila based Portfolio Services Centre. C&W’s Remote Site Management service provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination services for our client’s sites and operations across the APAC Region.
This role will require the holder operate in accordance with established and developing processes, material and management systems aimed at providing remote site management support to range of sites across the APAC region. The RSC will work either independently or as part of a team to provide site coordination services for the assigned portfolio. Site coordination services include but are not limited to the responsibilities stated below.

Job Description

The Remote Site Coordinator has responsibility to carry out and deliver a range of remote site management services including but not limited to:

  • Developing a detailed knowledge and awareness of the assigned site/s operating characteristics, profile and recording same in the site records management system;

  • Responding to requests for service and assistance in relation to the assigned sites

  • Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for site-based operations and service delivery

  • Site-based Vendor engagement, deployment, coordination and management

  • Coordinating local vendors, third parties and C&W supplied services and functions

  • Site based Occupier engagement, liaison and relationship management

  • Collection and collation of Building & Facilities related information and data sets

  • Site service work request handling, management and closeout (via work order management system and/or direct work request via email / IM / telephone etc).

  • Reporting status, progress and performance for the managed site/s

  • Operate in accordance with agreed KPI and SLA for the site/ portfolio / contract / customer etc.

  • Support preparation of annual budgets and monitor and control expenditure to meet budget

  • Convene, host and/or attend meetings as needed to ensure proper operation of the engagement

Requirements:

  • College graduate preferably technical courses/ major

  • Possess 3-5 years site facility management and/or remote site support experience

  • Possess advanced English language communication skills, both oral and written

  • Able to support flexible working requirements across the APAC region (may require some afterhours and /or holiday work depending on local demand and requirements)

  • Exhibit outstanding customer service and care capabilities – able to demonstrate relationship and stakeholder management

  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and motivated character – prioritizes trust and respect in employment and business relationships

  • Fast learner and able to operate independently towards assigned goals and objectives with minimal supervision

  • Technically proficient in all commonly used business software and applications
