Regional Marketing Applications Specialist

Overview

Lincoln Property Company is currently hiring for a Regional Marketing Applications Specialist to provide support and leadership to ensure that marketing initiatives and programs are successful on a regional level. In addition to supporting the Southwest marketing team, the Regional Marketing Applications Specialist will work closely with other national departments such as Audit, Learning & Talent Development, and IT as well as regional marketing and operations teams. Responsibilities


Help Desk Ticketing System

  • Complete help desk ticket requests for marketing and system-related functions, and reassigning tickets that are not marketing-related.
  • Adhere to a 24-48 hour turn-around time, working closely with the regional marketing team and other appropriate departments.
  • Ongoing analysis of tickets to find opportunities to provide more education and support to communities and regional marketing teams.
  • Work closely with the Regional Systems Training Manager


Marketing Program Account Setup and Management

  • Set up new accounts for properties as part of a community transition or ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Audit mandatory marketing programs to ensure community compliance and removing communities no longer managed.


Core Marketing Operation Systems

In partnership with Marketing and Systems Managers, work with Property Management Software (PMS) and Resident Portal (RP) systems (i.e. Entrata, RealPage products, Yardi) to ensure success of integrations, data feeds, and be a primary contact for these systems for specific marketing-related issues or needs. Examples of marketing-related issues are defined as:

  • Setup of online leasing for portal systems
  • Setups of integration links and maintenance if errors are found
  • Basic functionality of websites if they are from the same PMS/RP
  • Corporate website integrations related to properties and external links
  • API functionality for new and existing vendors


Website Domain Management

Assist the IT help desk with domain management through audits and communication with the regional marketing directors.


Google Analytics

  • Set up new website profiles, create and install tracking code, and work with the marketing department and external agencies to ensure code has been installed.
  • Maintain user account access and add/remove LPC leadership such as VPs, RPMs, property ownership groups, and others to the reporting as requested.
  • Work with regional marketing team on updates as necessary.


National Marketing Initiatives

  • Property Management Software/Resident Portal/Marketing ProgramsEntrata
  • RealPage/OneSite
  • Yardi/RentCafe/CRM


Website Functionality

  • Install third-party codes to website content management systems as necessary (i.e. Chatbot, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Provide “widget” and integration codes to third-party website providers.
  • Add SEO code and text to websites.

  • Ensure links on the community microsites are correct and functioning
  • Continually audit for active communities


SEO

  • LincolnApts.com SEO list management
  • Google Business Listing account management
  • Bing Business Listing account management


Online Reputation & Social Media access

  • Chatmeter
  • Facebook Business
  • ApartmentRatings
  • Yelp
  • J Turner Ratings Tracker


General LPC Marketing Programs including but not limited to:

  • Updater
  • Mobile Doorman
  • Modern Message Resident Gift Cards
  • Ellis Resident Survey Program
  • Kingsley Survey Program
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Real Estate.
  • Help Desk Ticket Troubleshooting
  • Customer Service Skills
  • On-site experience desired but not required.


Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of the following systems: Yardi 7s, Rent Cafe/CRM, Payscan, Yardi 6, OneSite, and Entrata
  • Property Management experience (Business Manager, Assistant Manager/ Bookkeeper)
  • Excellent communication, verbal & written skills
  • Basic PC skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
