We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our market leading team based in Warsaw.This role will be responsible for operational and financial coordination of Facility Management services across several European and Middle East based sites. You will work closely with the FM Account Director and central C&W functions to deliver the FM agenda across a complex and diverse portfolio.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day FM operations and delivery, while ensuring reactive and planned tasks delivered on time and in line with Cushman & Wakefield & Client contractual requirements.
- Consult with Landlord, C&W platform, C&W suppliers, and Client stakeholders.
- Monitor preventive maintenance plans. Update the client asset list or change the maintenance plan when necessary.
- Manage C&W vendors, cooperate with C&W Procurement Team to seek supply chain improvements and opportunities.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets. Support forecasting, re-forecasting, and accrual processes. Demonstrate financial focus and command while dealing with suppliers or clients.
- Be able to explain monthly expenditure reports.
- Understand and delver contractual KPI’s.
- Drive consistency, best practice, and a smart working way.
- Understand and comply with C&W as well as client procedures and processes.
- Support business development activities when needed.
- Provide support to the Account Director regarding any other account-related tasks.
Knowledge and Skills required:
- Good understanding of H&S and risk awareness.
- Build the brand by seeking opportunities to promote the C&W platform through everyday interactions with client and vendors.
- Identify and improve processes, systems, and work products to continually exceed internal and external expectations.
- Seeks assignments and welcomes challenging activities.
- Understands the client’s needs by actively listens to requests from internal and external clients.
- Acts as the client and vendor relationship manager to develop client and vendor engagement.
- Demonstrates personal leadership by prioritizing their own workload to accomplish duties effectively, obtain assistance from others as needed.
- Exceptional knowledge of Polish, French and English in speaking and writing
- Good understanding of FM outsourcing processes and contracts, ideally supported with working experience.
- Collaborator and can do / problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work in multi-country / multi-currency environment.
- Working with MS Office applications.
- Able to deal with a complex queries under tight timelines
