Receptionist

Overview:

If you have strong administrative and organizational skills and love variety in your job, apply now for our Receptionist opening at AMLI Marina Del Rey. This is a part-time position with benefits, 32 hours per week; weekends are required.

We are hiring an individual with excellent customer service skills that can handle high-volume traffic, calls, and walk-ins in our property’s fast pace environment. As the Receptionist, you will manage the front desk area and support the leasing office in various administrative functions. Some duties include:

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate party.
  • Manage office organization and appeal, including models, refreshments, and lobby areas.
  • Greet visitors to the Community and introduce them to the appropriate party where applicable.
  • Manage multiple package systems – includes walking to various buildings and delivering packages when necessary.
  • Manage parking in the Community.
  • Walk amenity areas regularly.
  • Process resident service requests, including logging and follow-up.
  • Manage the initial prospect process, including but not limited to inputting guest cards and providing basic information.
  • Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints.
  • Prepare resident letters when applicable.
  • Assist Leasing Team with planning and executing resident and employee events when applicable.
  • Complete Weekly Marketing/Operations reports when applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required; Associate or college degree preferred. 2- 3 years of administrative support experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
