Job Description
Role Purpose:
To actively deliver the Workplace experience at the client’s office that ensures we are offering a First Class service by building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with the client, customers and vendors to promote excellent customer service.
Core Responsibilities:
Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies * Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience, delivering a seamless customer journey.
Achieve the highest standards of quality, service and presentation of the business.
Ensure Reception presence is managed with team representative alongside other core responsibilities
Meet and greet all visitors attending site * Ensure all Visitors are signed in as specified by the Property procedures
Escorting Clients to Meeting Rooms
Manage meeting room booking/changes/catering requests
Meeting Room Set up ensuring the rooms are adequately stocked with Pens/Pencils/Papers
Ensuring office/catering supplies are fully stocked i.e. Stationery, Toner, Office/Tea, Coffee etc.
Assist with preparation of meeting rooms for Meetings and Events, ensuring all catering and refreshments are in the relevant room on time
Ensure Meeting Rooms are left tidy and clean for next meeting
Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally; record any messages accurately
Answer all telephone calls both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner ensuring that all messages are returned appropriately
Open and distribute external mail and courier deliveries and logging where necessary
Ensure to monitor, action and process any emails on the company email account
Attend regular One to One Meetings
Manage/liaise with Building contractors and issues and or/work being carried out within the building
Understand and strictly adhere to Cushman & Wakefield procedures and protocols of the building with regards Health & Safety, Security measures
Log any Building Faults/Issues with the Cushman & Wakefield Helpdesk
Meridian Compliance software for health & safety management (chasing/upkeep)
Programme Door Access Fobs for all New Joiners, Visitors and Contractors
Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the business

Knowledge
Solid educational background
Customer service background essential
Knowledge of Facilities Management processes preferable
IT Skills, Outlook, Excel, Word.
Skill and Experience
Be able to perform in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a customer facing environment would be essential
Multi-site experience preferred
Key base experience is customer focus and empathy
Good administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent communicator at all levels.
Polite and confident telephone manner.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Team player – Ability to work alone or as part of a team
IT literate – Excel to at least intermediate level
Ability to prioritise workload and manage change effectively
Attention to detail
