Our Cost Consultancy team provide market leading services to a huge variety of Clients, in all sectors and throughout the UK. Our London team are currently looking to appoint an experienced Cost Consultant who will be responsible for leading their own portfolio clients and projects consisting of predominantly CAT B fit outs.Job Description
Whether new build, fit out or refurbishment, the team combine data from Cushman & Wakefield’s global network with wider industry trends. All to generate informed thought leadership and cost benchmarking, which we can then apply to projects or portfolios and to provide our clients with insightful, market-leading advice.
You will be a key member of an established Cost Consultancy team and will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion. Part of your role will also be involved in delivering pitches, day to day contract administration and contributing to growth & development of the team.
The role will be ‘hands on’ and the candidate will possess the normal cost management skills including the ability to draft fortnightly cost reports on their projects, have strong presentational skills along with a genuine desire to take ownerships over their own projects.
We are looking for a RICS qualified Cost Consultant within a background working within commercial real estate market.
This role would suit someone who wants to work with a bespoke client portfolio, deliver exciting projects and be a part of an industry leading team.
