Punch Carpenter – Champions Ridge
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create “punch” list of items that require attention and ensuring all items on the list are completed within the organization’s standards and meet any regulatory requirements.
- Install doors, cabinetry, countertops and all related hardware.
- Perform plumbing tasks to include installing sinks, toilets, showers, etc.
- Troubleshoot items to determine why they aren’t working, where the issue is originating from and perform the work to fix or work with the Supervisor to get the appropriate technician to correct the issue (i.e. window leaks,
- Complete drywall repairs and ensure texturizing creates a seamless appearance.
- Produce and maintain the proper documentation necessary to close out jobs.
- Demonstrates customer services skills by others with respect, answering questions, and responding professionally to any complaints or concerns
- Complies with Greystar’s safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the property’s routine safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements, and by reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
