Property Manager
Who are we looking for? An experienced Property Manager for a 300-unit Arlington property, who has both the sales and leadership skills required for success.
Where is the job? Arlington, TX
What do we need you to do? Manage a multi-family apartment community while providing excellent customer service.
The Job: Our Property Managers are responsible for:
- Establishing rapport with residents and providing personalized service
- Negotiating and enforcing leases
- Meeting all deadlines set forth by the management company/regional managers
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Maintaining property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and coordinating with maintenance to complete repairs
- Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; and showing units
- Managing leasing agents and proving clear, concise instructions on what is needed to reach daily goals

Major Renovation / Property Repositioning
Tipton has been successful at identifying necessary renovations/improvements, creating a detailed scope of work, soliciting competitive pricing for the renovations, and then supervising the completion of those repairs/improvements. Work has included replacement and upgrade of exterior siding, roof replacement, foundation/drainage repairs, clubroom/fitness center updates, and pool renovations to include the addition of outdoor kitchens and cabanas. On our commercial properties, improvements have included elevator updates, HVAC cooling tower and chiller replacements, roof replacements, exterior sealing/painting of building panels/windows as well as interior tenant finish.
