Property Manager
We are seeking the right individual who embodies our values of accountability, collaboration, entrepreneurship, commitment, and transparency as well as commitment to great communities. We need the right Property Manager for our Badger State Lofts. This property is the conversion of a nearly 100-year-old tannery complex into a mixed-use, mixed-income, historic development in downtown Sheboygan, WI. Your position will ensure our residents receive timely, high-quality, professional customer service.
- Must have LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) experience
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, directing, coordinating the selling, buying, leasing, and governance activities of residential real estate properties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.)
- Ensure property is leased at or above budgeted occupancy and rent levels based on owners’ guidelines
- Perform Marketing/Outreach responsibilities to achieve the established goals
- Develop and implement positive resident relations program for the community
- Schedule all contractors for turnovers and any other services needed. Inspect all work performed prior to approval for payment.
- Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income
- Ensure desired renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible. Inspect the property on a regular basis and schedule improvements and repairs
- Complete and submit, timely and accurately, all records, reports and documents required by the Company and federal or state agencies
Experience:
- Apartment Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- LITHC
- Apartment Leasing

- Ability to prioritize
