The C&W Occupier Services business is looking to appoint 2 additional property Accountants to work with a key client in the banking and finance sector.Job Description
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Property Accountant you will be a key member of the Finance team working with a key client account, being responsible for driving the delivery of accounting and financial services to internal and external stakeholders.
You will cover the funding and payment of corporate and client transactions, financial reporting and the management of bank account facilities.
Your Key Accountabilities
- Cash flow management
- Preparation of financial reports
- Maintenance of Corporate and Client Bank Accounts
- Ensure compliance with internal control structures.
- Drive efficiency and productivity through standardization and improvements to processes and reporting.
About You

You Will Also Have
- Experience working in a similar role, Property Accountant role highly desirable
- Business partnering experience from working with business and support teams will be beneficial.
- Experience in dealing with outsourced providers and managing their performance is highly desirable.
- Experience in procedure and process ownership, change and continuous improvement is highly desirable.
- High proficiency in MS Excel
- Tertiary Finance qualification and CPA qualified (or progressing to CPA status)
