Job Description Summary

Owing to significant project wins, the team is seeking to appoint an experienced client-side PM to join our Brisbane team and provide services on behalf of our Corporate and Defence Clients.
Due to the Client requirements for a baseline security clearance, Australian Citizenship is required for this role.

Job Description

You will also be responsible for:

• Leadership of assigned project teams.
• Delivery of multiple projects from feasibility through to handover and defects liability.
• Timely and accurate financial management of managed projects.
• Represent the values of Cushman & Wakefield to our internal and external customers.
• Attend relevant local networking engagements and actively seek new business opportunities
• Mentor more junior staff and assist new hires.
• Understand and articulate the offerings of the service line.
• Prepare and present tender submissions and client presentations
• Proactively review workplace systems / processes to innovate and continuously improve the customer journey and workplace experience.
• Performs other duties as requested by your direct manager.
• Provides relief services during leave and overload periods.
• Assist in the development of operational standards / playbooks / operating manuals for all aspects of the client workplace.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Degree qualification in building surveying, project management or equivalent construction related degree;
• Defence experience in the delivery of works within the $1-3M range up to $15M (current baseline security clearance required)
• Proven experience working in a client representative role operating as Principal Contractor.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders
• Achieved or working towards industry recognised professional qualification, such as RICS, COIB, AIPM, PMP or similar; and
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• An understanding of the local market – commercial, industrial
• Established professional network within industry.
