Responsibilities- Subcontractor/Vendor qualification and buyout
- Communication & Coordination with Owner, Design Disciplines, and Building Officials
- Project Documentation & Reporting
- Owner Meeting Minutes
- Schedule Updates
- Budget Updates
- RFIs
- Submittals
- Change Orders
- Quality Control Program
- Inspection Checklist
- Oversee and manage On-Site Field Staff
- Coordinate with Project Superintendent for division of responsibilities, allocation of workload, and number of field staff based on project status
- Evaluate, train and re-assign staff as required
- Review and approve all Invoices and Subcontractor Draws
- Oversee documentation, waiver releases and disbursement of payments for Draws
- Manage reporting and close out of items from 3rd Party Consultant Reports
- Materials Testing
- Waterproofing
- Accessibility / Fair Housing / ADA
- Safety
- Responsible for delivery of projects on schedule, and for profit/loss versus budget
- Excellent ability to read, interpret and follow Plans & Specifications
- Must be willing to Travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency; G-mail, Timberline, Microsoft Project, MS Excel, MS Word, Procore, Bluebeam
