Project Management Analyst
The Project Management Analyst provides administration, analytical support, and operational processes for various projects that address Greystar’s business needs, and supports project managers throughout all phases of the project life-cycle.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Assists others with conducting business research by gathering data, identifying options, performing cost-benefits analyses, and creating non-routine reports with detailed analyses and/or proposals to create or revise management policies, business processes and services.
2. Analyzes and recommends process improvements to determine best practices and makes recommendations to management on how to improve current practices and processes and solve issues related to project and program management.
3. Develops a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. Reviews the project schedule with the project team that will be affected by the project activities.
4. Manages and develops requirements that align with project goals.
5. Tracks and monitors the progress of the project activities and report status, risks, and issues, and recommends adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project(s).
6. Provides comprehensive status and progress reviews to the project team, stakeholders, and senior management.
7. Supports the project team, ensuring that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality and achieves the expected outcomes of the project.
8. Ensures accurate project documentation is recorded and timely communications/updates are provided.
9. Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
* Project Management training or certifications preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.
* Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports.
* Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
* College degree in related field, and/or equivalent experience.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 – $75,000
The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their salary. Team members may also participate in the 401k plan, once eligible. Regular, full-time team members are offered a range of medical, financial, and other benefits from which to choose.
For Union and Prevailing Wage roles compensation and benefits may vary from the listed information above due to Collective Bargaining Agreements and/or local governing authority.
