Project ExecutiveJob Description Summary
Our Project & Development Services bring a long-term perspective that minimizes risk and drives value throughout design and construction. As the custodians of our clients’ capital expenditure, we will support them through the following services – Project Management, Cost Management, Building Consultancy, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design, Interior Design, Workplace, Program Management Office and Design and Build.Our Project Executive will be responsible for the overall projects’ quality, cost, timeline.
Job Description
- Prepare a clear development brief in respect of the Project’s quality, cost and time requirements and limitations.
- Advise on the procurement strategy and prepare project budget and tender documents (pre-contract & post contract administration and procedures).
- Attend weekly site meetings with all stake holders and the like.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to teams.
- Facilitate and provide oversight on Consultant progress.
- Provide building technical support to Facility Management encompassing commercial, industrial and residential properties.
- Conduct conditional inspection on existing buildings and inspection for handing and taking over of new developments as required.
- Provide support on technical issues to Client.
- Perform project management work in various projects like building repairs and replacement and additional and alteration works specifically new green field industrial works.
- Conduct project meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Clients, etc.
- Coordinate closely with contractors/ sub-contractors or site teams to ensure delivery of result.
- Work with local team for Business Development.
- Provide Project Management support as required on other projects.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management / Facilities Management / Civil Engineering or relevant disciplines within the Built Environment
- 0 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Commercial / Retail Fit out
- Project management experience for commercial/warehouse/industrial related buildings
- Multi-discipline background and experience in Planning, Management, Technical & Contractual skills
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic and comfortable to work in a fast pace environment
- Fresh graduates from Project Management discipline will be considered
