The Production Coordinator’s responsibilities include but not limited to analyzing existing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency, and ensure final output meets the established quality standards.Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities:
Management of work pipeline with excellent communication skills to establish engagement with stakeholders
Coordinating production workflow across one or multiple projects
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Identifying projects and assigning to specific team members’ skillset
Monitoring jobs to promote efficiency
Identify risk and mitigate/address issues for zero or minimum disruption
Prepare and submit status and performance reports
Keeping team files organized
Collect data and analyze team numbers to provide insights for management decisions
Proofreading content edits
Quality control and assurance
Requirements:
Strong command of the English language both written and spoken
Able to work across multicultural work setting
Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
Working knowledge of MS Office (Adobe products is a plus)
With basic math and statistics skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Strategic, proactive, relentless, excellent team player, can-do personality, flexible
