Job Description Summary

The Production Design Supervisor is responsible for managing a group of Production Design Specialists, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to support the Americas Production Design team.
As a direct report to the Production Design Program Director, the role will oversee day-to-day request execution to ensure high-quality, timely production design support. The role will function as a key contributor in the continuous
growth and improvement of the Production Design team through leading, coaching and developing talent.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

The Production Design Supervisor will:
* Provide oversight of Production Design Specialists in their execution of production design requests to ensure requests are completed on-time and in accordance to both requestor expectations and Cushman &
Wakefield brand standards
* Contribute effectively to the growth and development of the Manila Production Design team
* Provide effective coaching and feedback, and assist with the career development of Production Design team
members
* Serve as a subject matter expert on production design-based support services
* Determine team bandwidth and delegate requests accordingly to ensure timely request completion
* Identify pain points, act quickly to remove roadblocks and find solutions, and escalate issues as needed
* Provide guidance to direct reports on overall task execution, answering questions as needed
* Perform periodic quality reviews to ensure exceptional service delivery, and provide consistent updates to
the Production Design leadership team

Experience and Skills:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Marketing field
* Experienced leader with in-depth knowledge of production design deliverables and processes
* Attentive manager that can identify lacking performance or areas for improvement, and proactively provide solutions to resolve
* Possesses an open and inclusive mindset with an ability to lead, engage and challenge team members
* Demonstrates the ability to build strong professional relationships, and act as an agent of change throughout
an organization
* Proven track record of influencing the growth and continuous improvement of an organization
* Technically-savvy with the ability to identify automation opportunities to streamline processes
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
