Production Design Reporting Analyst/CoordinatorJob Description Summary
The Production Design Reporting Analyst/Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the team’s intake and workflow processes by monitoring request volume, reviewing requests, coordinating information gathering, allocating requests to the team’s support staff, and tracking request due dates/milestones to ensure high-quality, timely delivery. He/she will be responsible for the creation of reports and data analyses to facilitate improvement of the team’s processes.To support the team’s operations, this post will partner with Production Supervisors to track request volume, balance workloads, and monitor request statuses to ensure requests are meeting due dates. He/she will also coordinate hand-offs with the Americas team to ensure request expectations are clear and contain all necessary information to begin execution. He/she will support the Supervisor and Program Lead in resolving delays, capacity issues, or other process/delivery bottlenecks, and support the upkeep of request intake systems and document repositories to ensure information is readily available and the team’s operational data is accurate.
The Production Design RA/Coordinator will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with both local teammates and Americas-based Managers to ensure the team’s operations remain seamless and projects are being delivered on according to requestor expectations.
Job Description
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA a must
- Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data – Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to finish projects and reports on time and with a sense of urgency
- Experience with data visualization tools such as creating excel dashboards, Power BI or Tableau
- Project Management skills – Ability to balance and prioritize multiple priorities and monitor project statuses in a high-volume, fast-paced environment – strong organizational skills
- The successful candidate will be solution-oriented with a learning mindset.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated, team player
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
