About the role:
The Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator role is predominantly focused on the coordination of activities involving the broader supply chain team, most notably the Modern Slavery Project, Account Transitions, Communications and the upkeep of Knowledge Management (Knowledge Library, templates, workflows). The role will also involve some administration as a smaller portion of the workload. This would include responsibility for: drafting and issuing formal communications to suppliers, assisting in the preparation of presentations and workshops, assisting in the preparation of Supply Chain related documentation, including the preparation of RFI’s and other market engagement documentation, the preparation of presentations for industry briefings, and the collation of information and responses as they relate to Supply Chain.
About You:
- Some work experience – preferably administrative/office based
- Time management skills – able to juggle multiple tasks with a range of stakeholders and priorities
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to develop positive business relationships
- Effective team work skills
- High attention to detail
- High levels of initiative with a willingness to learn and build on existing skillset
- Active “Hands on” approach with a “Can do” attitude
- Operational mindset – must consider that everything must be operationalised and able to be delivered and managed without additional cost, complexity or resourcing other than that captured in the business case or strategy document
