Provide Project Procurement support across full range of procurement and contract management activities associated with the Client’s Real Estate Group.

Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Officer to join our team. The role is to support the delivery of project-related procurement and contract management activities. The role will support the Procurement Specialist in accountability for end-to-end procurement services, contractor management, and support to Cushman & Wakefield and its client in accordance with company policies.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the role:

• Develop/ manage client relationships for effective understanding and leverage of client requirements

• Respond to client requests effectively, in a professional and timely manner all times

• Provide a high-quality service to both internal and external clients, which meet or exceed their needs and add value to their business

• Able to perform analysis to service categories under contract (spend, market trends, benchmarks) or direct others appropriately

• Understand cost components and drivers

• Commit to achievable savings or improved service levels based on analysis and interrogation of likely outcomes, and manage the delivery of those commitments

• Provide information and advice on market conditions and procurement problems as well as new products in alignment with broader supply chain team

• Investigate and develop supply sources, submit for inclusion on the approved tender list and maintain communication with Suppliers on a regular basis

• Prepare Procurement Strategy and Tender Evaluation Plan for approval by the client

About You:

* Tertiary qualification in supply chain, business or commerce related area
* Ideally a Procurement professional with at least 3 years’ experience across multiple industry sectors
* Highly developed financial / commercial acumen with strong analytical business skills
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to formulate and deliver innovative business process solutions
* Proven ability to cope with pressure, prioritise workload and meet agreed deadlines
* Effective team work skills based on a collaborative approach.
* Self-motivated and flexible
