About the role

The Procurement and Contracts Administrator will: assist the Procurement Manager and Procurement Specialists in the delivery of client strategies and sourcing events, specifically by providing administrative and analytical support; create and maintain strategy documents, sourcing plans and other documentation; manage sourcing events as allocated; engage with stakeholders to assist in the delivery and operationalisation of appropriate solutions; organise and administer meetings and workshops; upkeep the contracts and rates register at the instruction of the Manager of Procurement.

About you

• 2+ years in a professional environment, with some exposure to the property industry preferred.
• Collaborative approach with ability to develop professional relationships.
• High levels of initiative with the ability to work autonomously
• Active “Hands on” approach with a “Can do” attitude
• Effective team work skills based on a collaborative approach.
• Demonstrated quality orientation and attention to detail.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
