Cushman and Wakefield are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Procurement Analyst for one of our most respected accounts.This role will sit with our Global Occupier Services team, report to the EMEA Procurement Lead, and you will be responsible for the delivery of an important strategy and managing the contract supply chain.
Job Description
The principle purpose of the role is to support all client-related strategic sourcing, and you will assist the management of day-to-day procurement activities as such will work closely with suppliers, account teams, finance, and the commercial contract.
Your core responsibilities will be:
- Assisting with the development of Client Supplier Management strategies, implementing service line strategies; managing, and reporting the success of the procurement and supply chain activities.
- Co-ordinating contract signings, analysing and reporting tenders and other procurement processes.
- Looking for new suppliers that fit the client goals, end-to-end drafting and submission of tenders and contracts
- Supporting delivery of the C&W and client-supplier diversity program
- Ensure the effective management of the sourcing process in accordance with the IFM procurement standard
- Work to utilize global systems where appropriate
- Facilitate a folder that is future-proofed and supports initiatives such as savings, compliance, presentations, contracts, governance-related activities.
- Maintaining policies, KPI, and savings instructions and tracking the savings and value contribution, providing training and support when needed
The ideal candidate must have FM and/or Services procurement and contract management experience, and to be CIPS or CPM qualified would be preferred.
We are looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and is able to demonstrate strong analytical experience.
