Preconstruction Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge and understanding of general construction from a technical and/or project management standpoint.
- Awareness of and interest in current construction industry costs, trends and developments.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills and ability to read and comprehend construction documents and related construction reports.
- Experience in generating quantities for project metrics and construction materials in addition to producing detailed scope sheets for multiple trades.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with construction site personnel, internal development and external design team members, sub-contractors, consultants, senior managers, and others as required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs and tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel) and Project, Bluebeam, Procore, and On Center OST.
- Ability to be consistently and thoroughly organized and detailed as well as prioritize responsibilities in order to meet multiple deadlines.
Education
- College degree in construction management, engineering, or related field and/or equivalent experience is preferred.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
