Portfolio Management Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist Portfolio Manager with Fund level oversight, management and planning
Assist with preparation of quarterly reporting to Fund investment partners (including helping to draft transactions appendix and preparing equity performance schedules)
Review capital calls and distributions to investment partners
Review and help prepare asset valuations quarterly
Review financials statements quarterly
Monitor credit line usage and capacity
Assist with responding to investment partner requests for information
Track fund information and portfolio characteristics
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance and synthesize into succinct takeaways
Track portfolio debt metrics for quarterly leverage and credit line compliance reporting as well as on-going debt and investment schedules for lenders
Track development/redevelopment/acquisition ratios
Track key property stats on a fund basis and by product type
Track benchmarks for fund performance and report data to Cambridge Associates and Preqin
Develop new benchmarks for marketing purposes
Track quarterly IRR fund performance
Prepare, update, and generate Fund financial models
Preparation of Fund actual and forecasted results
Track and compare Fund performance to benchmark funds
Preparation of capital outlooks forecasting projected fund promotes
Assist with Fund marketing
Assist with updating marketing flipbooks and other materials as needed
Assist with preparation of private placement memorandums and other marketing documents related to raising new funds
Assist in marketing of funds
Help prepare annual meeting presentation deck and other materials
Assist with SEC reporting and required filings
Update compliance manual annually
Assist with required SEC regulatory filings
Calculate regulatory assets under management (RAUM)
Real Estate Investment Trust
Assist with monitoring REIT issues and rules and reporting; track REIT sales per year
Help maintain REIT specific requirements related to documentation (annual meetings, acquisition consents, dividend consents, etc.)
Assist with placing 100 shareholders and monitoring compliance
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
