Job Description Summary

With exciting new growth, our Cushman & Wakefield Program Management business is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join our Program Management Office (PMO) in support our EMEA Region and to contribute to the continued success of the broader Project & Development Services business. The Program Management will report directly to the Regional Director.

Job Description

• Deliver a rolling program of projects in excess of up to 30 projects (EUR10-30M) simultaneously.
• Ensure alignment of outputs from the Project Delivery Services (PDS) and contractors to the original briefed requirements
• Identify, onboard and continuously train local, in-country project managers to ensure all quantitative and qualitative standards and expectations are achieved. Provide ad hoc coaching and support to the project managers when the needed to meet standards. Escalate issues to management for resolution when appropriate.
• Balance and advise on a flexible program of projects to maintain budget targets each financial year in consultation with regional staff
• Develop, maintain and strengthen collaborative customer and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure delivery team adheres to process and procedures. At all times, ensure project data, documentation and updates are timely and accurate.
• Engage client and internal stakeholders; collaborate and manage the overall process to ensure information is received timely in accordance with process and their outputs/deliverables to
• Development and maintain accurate financial forecasts for each project within the program
• Request funding and budget approvals from the client on behalf of the project teams
• Rigorously close out projects to achieve required SLAs and transition of project information to our Facilities Management teams.
• Contribute proactively and expediently to program development processes
• Manage regional delivery contractors
• Meeting contract KPIs and safety KPIs
• Build strong customer relations with client and regional staff
• Foster a culture of teamwork, service excellence, innovation and safety
• Understand and articulate the offerings of all Cushman Wakefield service lines
• Assist with business improvement and innovation initiatives
• Provision of informed guidance on the allocation of new projects to appropriate project managers
• Stakeholder consultation for development and delivery
• Responding to queries within higher management

Background and Experience

• Extensive construction/property industry experience in a similar role
• Willingness to gain experience in managing a dynamic and large program of diverse maintenance works
• Sector experience and understanding
• Time management and people management training
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources
• Demonstrated negotiation and conflict management skills
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS Project. Experience or skills in using MS Project Server an advantage; and
• Industry specific training in contracts, procurement, PMBOK processes.
