About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers and providing excellent customer service. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome applicants looking to kick-start their career in a role that will allow them to grow within the team.
With flexible working arrangements and a minimum of one day a week in the office, This role would suit your wide range of previous experience within customer service- retail, call centre or hospitality!
What You’ll Be Doing
Management of client enquires via phone, email and face to face
Ensures that a world class customer service experience is delivered
Data entry/extraction
Raising purchase orders within management system
Reviewing job orders in SharePoint
Processing pre-populated work orders in management system
Closure of reactive works orders in a timely manner
Extracting reports from work order management system
Assist with archiving of historical documents
About You
At least 2 years in a similar administrative based role from any background
Ability to manage workload with minimum supervision;
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel essential)
High level of attention to detail
Highly organised person
