About the business
A great opportunity exists to join the Cushman & Wakefield Facilities team as we expand our operations. Cushman & Wakefield Facilities Services (Aust) Pty Ltd acquired the Smith Brothers Group in March 2019; a leading South Australian trade services company that has been providing trusted service for more than 35 years for all facets of plumbing, gas, hot water, electrical and other trade services.
The successful applicant will be supplied with a fully maintained service vehicle, attractive rates, phone, uniform and the security of working for a growing global company with a trade services history in South Australia spanning over 35 years.
Essentials
- Fully licenced & registered with:-
- Restricted Electrical
- Gas
- Backflow
- Current drivers licence
- White Card
- National Police Clearance
Skills and experience
If you have the following requirements then we want to hear from you.
- Experienced plumbers with Corporate, Commercial & Domestic Maintenance experience.
- Attention to detail – and the ability to complete works within set time frames.
- A positive, friendly “can do” attitude and work ethic.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Well groomed, polite and take pride in your work.
