About the role
The Planned Maintenance team is responsible for producing all planned maintenance schedules to the vendors across our clients. This team works closely with each account team to ensure correct approvals are in place to upload, amend and retire PM schedules. This role is critical in ensuring that all customer requests for work orders are correctly captured in the system and allocated to vendors for resolution in a timely manner and deliver with minimal business disruption.
The Team Lead will play a vital part in transitions as we set up new clients within the management system and their schedules, requiring the ability to analyse and interpret data.You will also take lead on PM continual improvement projects that are currently in progress and identify future projects / improvements for this space and looking for opportunities to take members of the team with you on this journey.
This role will take ownership of the quality and auditing process alongside to ensure issues are identified and rectified. You will also work collaboratively with Asset Management and Governance & Compliance teams to ensure PM Schedules and our systems are in line with Australian Governing Standards.
About you
To be considered for this role we would ideally like to candidates posses the below skills/experience:
- Prior experience working within the facilities services industry (ideal)
- Proven leadership/mentorship experience, ability to create a cohesive, positive team environment
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of how Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) work
- Ability to positively engage and work with the broader C&W business units
- Strong Microsoft Excel capability
