Job Description

The Cushman & Wakefield / Property and Development NSW account team is responsible for the delivery of a range of property and facilities management services across Property and Development NSW and its various clusters and agencies. The nominated portfolio consists of freehold and leasehold properties across New South Wales (NSW). The delivery includes property and facility management, procurement exercises, minor churn, environmental and associated financial management services.

Customer experience is fundamental to Cushman & Wakefield’s delivery for Property and Development NSW. This requires an experienced, aligned, adaptive, and customer-focussed strategic partner that can safely and competently deliver our management services and we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team.

The Governance, Performance & Reporting Analyst is responsible for compiling, managing and wherever possible, automating, the performance management and reporting elements of the contract and ensure accurate and timely measurement and reporting of performance measures set by Property and Development NSW. The role will coordinate and manage the efficient and effective governance of all contractual and operational objectives.

The Analyst will also collaborate with the centralised Cushman & Wakefield reporting and analytics team to provide support in continuous improvement on reporting within our Management Information Systems (MIS).

The Governance, Performance & Reporting Analyst role is responsible for ensuring all reporting to the client and internally is accurate, meaningful, and timely. The role supports the Senior Account Director and C&W stream leads with performance-based reporting requirements; the efficient administration of the contract and is the general administration of the account.

  • Automate data collection / data extraction to ensure, wherever possible, compilation of reports is automated
  • In consultation with the Data Quality and Compliance Manager and Finance Manager, prepare, maintain and upgrade Monthly, Quarterly and Annual management reporting. Distribute reports to members of governance groups
  • Monitor account KPI’s proactively, allowing team members to rectify non-compliance to KPI’s before the end of the month. Assist in automating and improving the process within the MIS
  • Provide a strategic overview of portfolio performance, through assessment and analysis of the information made available
  • Work with internal stakeholders to help analyse and plan the improvement of processes and data insights, while understanding the opportunities and complexities of the existing workflow platforms and tools
  • Provide support to team members required to report performance-based information to the Client
  • Compile performance monitoring information for the service delivery team and Contract Manager
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by Account Management
  • Become super user for Client Reporting Portal (Triana) to support client users and service delivery team
  • Build, design and maintain reporting in Power Bi / Excel as required

About You:

  • Experience in a similar reporting role focusing on contract performance (ideally in the facilities and/or property industry)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Excellent proficiency in the use of the Microsoft applications: MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Power BI (or equivalent Analytics software e.g. Qlikview, Tableau)
  • Experience with Business Analysis and producing relevant deliverables and outcomes.
  • A demonstrated ability to foster effective and collaborative relationships with stakeholders that deliver outcomes, often where there are competing interests.
  • Experience working in cross functional teams and working with the product owner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team/working group environment.
  • Excellent analytical and data processing skills.
  • Excellent phone communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Project management and time management skills to work on multiple tasks.
