Partnership Coordinator

The Partnership Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of our Brand Ambassador Program, Social Marketing, and maintaining positive ambassador relations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Social Media and Content Creation
  • Ensure brand authenticity in all social media postings amongst the Brand Ambassador team
  • Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and work to achieve and exceed leasing goals
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist in developing and implementing new social ideas, programs, etc. (i.e., ambassador functions, special promotions, newsletters, etc.)
  • Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model
• Marketing & Outreach
  • Assist in implementing annual marketing plan, content creation, etc.
  • Review and assist in completing market survey/analysis continually to generate ideas and discover market trends
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition as well as market conditions
• Ambassador & Vendor Relations
  • Manage excellent ambassador communications and monitor ambassador request turnaround and responsiveness
  • Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition
  • Ensure consistency in social content and brand guidelines with all Brand Ambassadors
  • Enforce ambassador policies of the Rambler brand that the immediate supervisor delegates
