Partnership Coordinator
The Partnership Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of our Brand Ambassador Program, Social Marketing, and maintaining positive ambassador relations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Social Media and Content Creation
- Ensure brand authenticity in all social media postings amongst the Brand Ambassador team
- Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and work to achieve and exceed leasing goals
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in developing and implementing new social ideas, programs, etc. (i.e., ambassador functions, special promotions, newsletters, etc.)
- Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model
- Marketing & Outreach
- Assist in implementing annual marketing plan, content creation, etc.
- Review and assist in completing market survey/analysis continually to generate ideas and discover market trends
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition as well as market conditions
- Ambassador & Vendor Relations
- Manage excellent ambassador communications and monitor ambassador request turnaround and responsiveness
- Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition
- Ensure consistency in social content and brand guidelines with all Brand Ambassadors
- Enforce ambassador policies of the Rambler brand that the immediate supervisor delegates
