Partnership Coordinator
Reports to:
Lease Up Specialist
Hours: 25-30 per week
Location: Austin, TX

We’re looking for well-connected students at UT looking for an opportunity to bridge the gap from college to an everlasting career. Our Partnership Coordinator will gain real world experience in a Class A New Development, working alongside of a trail-blazing development group! From mastering high level communication to integration skills in a highly profitable CRM platform – this experience will develop you personally and professionally.
The right candidate for this position will be energetic, organized, and curious with a passion for connecting with other students.
Your key goal in this position is to effectively listen to the students you serve and create everlasting relationships in tandem with maintaining brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities
Partnership Development + Management:
- Source and Establish relationships with University Affiliated Organizations
- Schedule opportunities to present the Rambler community to Campus Organizations
- Recruit/Interview student influencers in the market to be apart of our Brand Ambassador and NIL program
- Work in tandem with Leasing team to coordinate partnership events that assist in meeting monthly leasing goals
- Effectively manage monthly budget allocated to our partnership programming
- Ensure consistency and accountability in communicating with Brand Ambassadors on their weekly and monthly contract requirements
- Utilize established partnership strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and work to achieve and exceed leasing goals
Social Media + Marketing:
- Assist in managing daily/weekly/monthly marketing efforts
- Manage on-site execution in all functions of social media marketing; DM’s, content, copy, etc.
- Plan and manage monthly event schedule, working with local businesses to secure event locations and partnership opportunities in the market.
- Monitor market trends by aiding management in competitor market surveys
- Maintain brand likeness through all facets of the day to achieve property objectives and public recognition
Other
- Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office and common areas
- Assist with projects and initiatives as directed by supervisor
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
- Ability to shuffle priorities and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be actively enrolled in the University of Texas to be qualified
- Prior student housing experience preferred, but not required
- A passion for partnership development/influencer marketing
- Involvement in on campus orgs preferred
Business Skills
- Web savvy, skilled internet researcher
- Fluent in the English language, its rules and proper usage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Can-do attitude; willing to work outside your job description
- Lifelong learner and able to identify new learning opportunities
- Skilled multi-tasker and self-starter with strong time management skills and keep attention to detail and quality
- Able to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines and ask for direction when needed
