Operations Specialist – San Jose/ San Francisco
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provides software guidance, support, and education to regional teams and leaders to effectively manage effective utilization of tools.
- Oversees operational tasks and initiatives as it relates to office and software standardization.
- Tracks and guides portfolio on completion of all auditing and inspection exercises, maintaining regional compliance with local and statewide regulations.
- Partners with all departments and support services peers to drive operational excellence at the regional level.
- Monitors key performance indicators, including business intelligence health meters, reputation, customer satisfaction, to drive performance standards within assigned portfolio.
- Assumes primary ownership of providing operational guidance to onsite teams with internal and client-specific standard operating procedures.
- Assists in the due diligence and take-over process by completing file audits and unit inspections as well as conducting interviews and onboarding processes.
- Acts as a performance improvement resource to managers by following up to provide individual coaching and one-on-one training, conducting remedial and refresher training, and suggesting education and training alternatives and options based on specific situations.
- Works with on-site teams to provide vendor and marketing outreach to generate Community awareness and qualified traffic.
- Establishes relationships with preferred employers within the market.
- Assists with establishing and implementing social media accounts, email templates, craigslist/free online advertising templates, websites and search optimization, and other on-line tools.
- Conducts Focus Groups to identify housing needs and communicate potential new housing trends.
- Monitors on-line rating and reputation management sites and assists on-site teams with response recommendations.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
