You will also be responsible for:

• Conduct staff training and development to maintain high levels of standards within the team
• Coordinate all administration staff to ensure cohesion across the states in terms of marketing, processes
• Communicate with marketing to design bespoke artwork
• Liaise with key clientele throughout the campaign and be the main contact for – Campaign Track, Real Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Cooley Auctions
• Build and approve EDM’s
• Finance Management – marketing funds, invoicing, trust account, payment of suppliers, Profit & Loss statement, teams’ budget and forecasts. Controlling costs and keeping the business on track financially
• Contract Management – Assisting with the execution of new real estate transactions alongside the team & deliver ongoing performance and compliance reporting obligations
