Job Description

Cushman & Wakefield are seeking an energetic and passionate National Operations Manager to support the Account Director to deliver overall Contract Operational Excellence for one of our top banking clients. You will lead the Facilities Management, Governance, HSSEQ and Minor Work Projects teams to achieve contractual outcomes.

You will bring a thorough understanding of facilities, fleet, procurement & operations management and have the ability to lead and manage a high performing, geographically dispersed team.

What you will bring?

• A detailed understanding of Facility Management, portfolio operations management and Business Operations.
• Strong Operations management skills from initial development of an operations brief through to execution of services.
• Degree level Qualifications in FM or Procurement
• Prior experience working within corporate real estate, with a specific emphasis on facilities and procurement management
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an operational / facilities management role.
• Proven team leadership experience

What you will be doing?

• Manage the implementation, control and monitoring of the Integrated Management System for the Account to support the service delivery function on behalf of the client
• Translate the Contract business strategy into on-going property, operations and facility support services and develop and implement business plans and timeframes for the achievement of strategic priorities.
• Deliver on-going performance and compliance reporting to all stakeholders including KPI monitoring.
• Control clients budget following time and quality agreements.
• Deliver agreed annual profit and revenue targets.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance of the relevant services under the contract, and conduct Sub-contractor audits to SLA and Risk Management standards
• Deliver ongoing performance and compliance reporting obligations.
• Direct, manage and control the business unit relationship obligations acting at all times in the best interest of Cushman & Wakefield and the client.
• Manage and lead the account team to provide a high level of service to the client.
