Perform assigned planned, reactive and proactive maintenance works along with project works as requested. Identification of new works opportunities

Job Description

• Undertake urgent, routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on VCIP premises and equipment as directed by the company.
• Undertake and record Job Safety Analysis/Take 5 prior to commencement of tasks.
• Have the appropriate qualifications and training to issue or receive required work permits e.g. Working at Heights, EWP
• Review and comment on any Plumbing instructions and standard operating procedures supplied by C&W Facilities Services or Trade Services.
• Liaise closely with key stakeholders to ensure they are aware of any disruption to services by any works servicing undertaken.
• Participate and take an active role when new assets are transferred from Projects to Maintenance
• Ensure effective Key Performance Indicators are managed effectively including response times, safety, compliance, and financial performance of all job numbers assigned to you
• Participate in the management of occupational health and safety
• Promote working in a team environment with work colleagues
• Liaise with statutory authorities where required
• Comply with all C&W systems used to meet its health and safety obligations.
• General ad hoc duties as requested by Trade Supervisor, Facility Coordinators and Facility Manager
• 100% of all work reports submitted within 1 business day from completion
• 100% of Motor vehicle inspections completed satisfactorily.
• Issued uniform and PPE (as required) worn 100% of time.
