Mgr, Product Owner – Property Websites
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing the Backlog: Develop the product backlog, including the development of user stories, for the CRM product in collaboration with the UX Strategists, Technology Team, and other Business SMEs
- Prioritizing Development Effort: Lead the prioritization effort with our development team(s) to ensure we are focused on the highest value features
- Accepting User Stories: Work with the development team to test and accept completed work through the sprint process
- Developing Business Processes: Develop, document, and improve core business processes with a focus on sales, maintenance, and renewals.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders/Business Partners: This role will be working in concert with a broader digital transformation effort that crosses multiple teams in a highly matrixed organization.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and written communication skills, and ability to drive technology and operations teams to make decisions
- Demonstrated proficiency in product management and process mapping
- Experience in Agile/Scrum/SAFe technology development environments
- Experience working in digital product management space would be beneficial, but not required
- Experience writing user stories, developing product backlogs, and understanding product requirements with users
- College degree in Product Marketing, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent education, training, and experience from which comparable skills and knowledge were acquired.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
