Job Description Summary

As a key member of the Capital Markets Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) in the Americas, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing strategic partnership, project management, creative oversight, and coordination and communication for the project team (Marketing and Brokerage Team) for Capital Markets Marketing projects. The Marketing Specialist is accountable for providing the Brokerage Team and clients with best-in-class concepts, materials and results for projects. Those projects include efforts to pursue new Capital Markets assignments and projects Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded to bring real estate investment offerings to market. â¯

The Marketing Specialist works within a fast-paced environment with Cushman & Wakefield real estate professionals, the properties and owners they represent, and within the Capital Markets Marketing Team COE to develop and deliver industry-best marketing strategies, plans, deliverables and outcomes. Under the leadership of a Capital Markets Marketing COE Lead, the Marketing Specialist is the point person for marketing assignments, serving as the Project Lead, providing marketing expertise and recommendations, working collaboratively with our fee earners and team of graphic designersâ”both in house and third-partyâ”to successfully pursue new opportunities and to market awarded assignments. â¯

Job Description

Responsibilities:â¯Â 

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for theâ¯Brokerage Teamâ¯â¯Â 

  • Collectâ¯critical project details from theâ¯Brokerageâ¯Teamâ¯â¯â¯Â 

  • Lead calls and meetings with the Brokerage Team as requiredâ¯â¯Â 

  • Establish and communicate project schedule to all project participantsâ¯Â 

  • Work with Brokerageâ¯Team to assemble all required assets inâ¯a centralized project collaborationâ¯spaceâ¯â¯â¯Â 

  • Manage the project workflow day-to-day to ensure an efficient and effective production schedule, adhering to standardâ¯processesâ¯to ensure consistency and efficiencyâ¯Â 

  • Communicate withâ¯Brokerageâ¯Team on project updates, either through status calls or other channelsâ¯â¯â¯Â 

  • Make ad hoc revisions to marketing collateralâ¯Â 

  • Escalate challenges to the COE Team Lead, as necessaryâ¯â¯â¯Â 

  • Ensure feedback and edits are incorporated intoâ¯draftsâ¯â¯Â 

  • Ensure final on-time delivery off all project assets and deliverablesâ¯â¯Â 

  • Maintain project databases, tracking tools, and project delivery and management toolsâ¯Â

Qualifications:â¯Â 

  • Bachelor’s degreeâ¯Â 

  • 3-4+ years of experienceâ”real estate, architecture or commercial construction marketing experience preferredâ¯Â 

  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferredâ¯Â 

  • Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all activities with minimal supervisionâ¯Â 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one in a fast-paced environmentâ¯Â 

  • Excellent written, oral communication skills and problem-solving skillsâ¯Â 

  • Proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities and experience levels. â¯Â 

  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to successfully partner with both internal and external stakeholders and project participantsâ¯Â 

  • Self-motivated but works well in group environment.â¯Â

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidateâ™s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $59,500.00 – $70,000.00 Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
