Responsibilities

• Cultivate existing business and seek out ways to expand business opportunities with existing customers and generate new business focused on DEI
• Source and deliver business as a significant producer
• Responsible for the profitability and product quality of a customer account or significant transaction
• Achieve budgeted financial targets and other standards set forth in approved business plans
• Determine strategic and tactical decisions regarding the transaction or customer account
• Develop customer contacts for long-term business opportunities
• Resolve complex problems with customers through creative problem solving
• Uphold the mission and standards of the company and support firm-wide initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Business or related discipline
• Must possess Real Estate license
• 10+ years of commercial real estate, leadership, or related experience
• Ability to cross-sell all Cushman & Wakefield integrated services
• Demonstrated sales experience and uncompromised ethical standards
• Demonstrated business judgment
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
