Manager, Marketing Vendor and CX Relationship Lead
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage current and new marketing vendor relationships. This includes sharing best practices, updating on compliance changes, identify opportunities to innovate within the vendor platform, support data integration needs, etc.
2. Identify KPIs and other measures of performance with vendors and other stakeholders. Create and update reporting. Analyze and review data in an effort to maximize results and suitability for continuation of partnership.
3. Develop and publish case studies and Greystar “house views” on all preferred vendors to help increase penetration to ensure meeting revenue goals as well as provide insight on denied platforms.
4. Support in annual negotiation of preferred vendor pricing, creation and renewal of contracts, validation of billing,
legal compliance documents and all risk memos and executive memos as needed.
5. Develop, publish best practices, and standard operating procedures on platforms and processes for all vendors as well as online reputation management (ORM), customer surveys and social media.
6. Enhance, complete and distribute monthly, vendor, ORM and survey reporting.
7. Develop, coordinate and/or provide training for appropriate levels which could include Teams, in person and/ or vendor training, ensuring availability as the resource for all questions concerning the different vendors.
8. Stay current on latest technology inside and outside of the multi-family industry as it relates to marketing operations.
9. May be a lead resource for other team members within marketing regarding processes, reporting and solution sales strategy.
10. Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
