Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) is a leading global commercial real estate services firm with approximately 52,000 employees in more than 400 offices and approximately 60 countries.
Manager, Engagement and Innovations will oversee internal and external communications for the GOS account. This includes C-Suite communications, global enterprise communications, employee engagement, account innovations program, project updates and ad-hoc items.
The role reports to Sr Director of Operations and Strategy. It will closely collaborate with the platform, client and on-account leadership teams.

Job Description

  • Support brand stewardship and issues management.
  • Lead on-account team developing innovations program through the whole life cycle.
  • Responsible for corporate and service line communications, producing executive messages, enterprise announcements, employee information, engagement campaigns, town halls, newsletters, sharepoint content and QBRs.
  • Develop communications plans and key message pillars in support of strategic priorities, operational initiatives and innovations, to help further culture, reputation and engagement.
  • Develop executive messages, QBRs, speeches, presentations, town halls, newsletters and communication coverage for the account’s leadership.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to generate brand-enhancing news coverage internally and externally.
  • Actively lead Six Sigma initiatives: Gemba walks and cost savings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or public relations.
  • 10+ years of experience managing BU communications for a company.
  • Proven, comparable experience in the job’s areas of responsibility.
  • Measurable results in furthering culture, reputation and engagement.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal and storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating news coverage (e.g., videos, town halls)
  • Success ensuring brand alignment across multiple platforms.
  • Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with ability to take initiative while working well in a group environment.
