Job Description
What will be your exposure?
- Conduct valuations of properties in Greater China preparing valuation reports for purposes of IPO, M&A transactions and other general market study assignments
- Lead and coordinate valuation projects by liaising with internal and external parties including clients, auditors, independent financial advisors meeting the tight project timeline
- Provide feasibility study and advisory services in all aspect of valuations
- Support business development activities including PowerPoint presentation and pitching materials/proposal preparation
- Manipulate the inhouse database and conduct property market analysis
- Occasional business travel to China
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree in Surveying, Real Estate or any other related disciplines
- Minimum 2-year relevant working experience in valuation of properties in Hong Kong or China
- Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is an advantage
- Independent, well organized, self-motivated and responsible
- Attentive to details with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong numerical sense with excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Good command of English and Chinese in which fluent Putonghua speaking is essential
