Maintenance Technician
Overview:
Up to $1,000 in sign-on bonuses + Apartment Discount.
As the Maintenance Technician you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep at our apartment mid-rise in Dallas. The Maintenance Technician at AMLI Quadrangle will handle Make Ready/Apartment Turn duties as well.
Duties include:
- Perform maintenance services such as: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklists in regard to make-ready. I
- Effectively handle drywall repairs and touch up painting. Also hanle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance repair skills. (Changing/repairing; lighting fixtures, faucets, and appliances.)
- Replace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets, curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, lights, etc. Change A/C filters; may operate carpet cleaning equipment
- Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
- Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
- Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
- Availability for on call and weekend rotation
- HVAC Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal)
