Maintenance Technician
Overview:
AMLI Residential has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician at our luxury community in Irving, Texas. As the Maintenance Technician, you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the apartment community under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Duties include:
- Perform maintenance services such as: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
- Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
- Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
- Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Como Tecnico de Mantenimiento, usted ayudara a mantener la operacion eficiente y el mantenimiento de la comunidad de apartamentos bajo la direccion del Supervisor de Mantenimiento.
Los deberes incluyen:
- Realizar servicios de mantenimiento tales como HVAC, plomeria, electricidad, carpinteria, reparacion de electrodomesticos, reemplazo de vidrios, etc.
