As the Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team that maintains the efficient operation and upkeep of AMLI Lenox, our luxury apartment high-rise in Atlanta. Duties include:

• Perform general and higher-level maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
• Per policy, conduct inspections as required, and participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Available for On-Call and weekend rotation
• EPA Refrigerant Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal)
