Maintenance Supervisor

Overview:

Providing up to $2,000 in sign-on bonuses + housing allowance for apartment unit at AMLI South Shore!
As the Maintenance Supervisor at AMLI South Shore, you will be responsible for maintaining and upkeep a 450 unit mid-rise apartment community.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate activities of a maintenance team to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient manner. You will maximize resident retention based on maintenance personnel’s effectiveness and attitude, response time, curb appeal, property amenities and as well as budget control and proper maintenance of the physical asset. You will also schedule and directly supervise all in-house and/or vendor work. Individual should be willing to share on-call with other team members. As a maintenance supervisor with AMLI, you will also be expected to be actively involved in the budgeting process for your community along with managing and forecasting monthly expenses.

• $30 -$35 an hour based on experience plus quarterly and year end bonuses

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of prior apartment maintenance experience
• EPA/HVAC certification
• Experience completing work orders and preparing make ready units
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting
• On call and weekend availability
• Valid DL
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
