About the role:
Cushman and Wakefield are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor superstar to join our Facilities Management business in Auckland. In conjunction with the client management team, you will work to proactively manage the client’s facilities to a high standard. This role will be 100% site-based and working directly with our client and our dedicated FM team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Actively identify works, issues or items that need to be addressed to maintain Health and Safety, Compliance or expected customer experience standards.
Ensure Health and Safety / permit obligations are met.
Facilitate and manage access to client properties due to the complexity of site / working environment.
Maintain relationships and engagement with client stakeholders, tenants and sub-contractors.
Support the team with Building Compliance /BWOF follow-ups.
Solution Opportunities – (Obtain Quotes, Submit Quotes and process approvals).
Attend client and contract review meetings as required.
Minor Handyman repairs.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two years in facilities or property administration or customer service role.
Sound Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook. JDE is preferred but not critical.
Health and Safety awareness – permit issuing knowledge or experience.
Effective communication skills.
Team focused – working with our team and the customer to deliver a great outcome
Customer focused can do attitude.

Health & Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the H&S requirements and behaviors in commercial environment. Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driver’s licence.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
