Job Description Summary

Cushman and Wakefield are seeking an Operations Supervisor to add value to our Facilities Management business in Auckland. In conjunction with the client management team, successfully deliver and manage the Master Services Agreement (MSA) ensuring all key performance indicators (KPI’s) are met and exceeded, by implementing effective strategies to achieve financial targets, client satisfaction, Health and Safety, and sub-contractor management ensuring profitability. This role will be 100% site based with weekend work.

You will also be responsible for:

• Actively identify work opportunities, issues or items that need to be addressed to maintain Health and Safety, Compliance or expected standards.
• Ensure Health and Safety / permit obligations are met.
• Facilitate and manage access to client properties due to the complexity of site / working environment.
• Maintain relationships and engagement with client stakeholders, tenants and sub-contractors.
• Support the team with Building Compliance /BWOF follow-ups.
• Solution Opportunities – (Obtain Quotes, Submit Quotes and process approvals).
• Attend client and contract review meetings as required.
• Liaise with the internal Contractor Accreditation division to ensure contractors are accredited.
• Minor Handyman repairs.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Minimum of two years in facilities or property administration or customer service role.
• Industry experience in Outsourced Facilities Management preferred.
• Sound Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook. JDE is preferred but not critical.
• Health and Safety awareness – permit issuing knowledge or experience.
• Effective communication skills.

Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driver’s license.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
