The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead will serve as an integral member of our Base Operations Services team at a major Military installation in Yuma, Arizona. This role necessitates proficiency in utilizing GFEBS on a military installation, with a specific focus on the roles and responsibilities relevant to the Department of Public Works (DPW) Contractor PM.Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary GFEBS PM Coordinator for the Department of Public Works (DPW) Contractor PM. Manage and maintain master data in the GFEBS platform. Oversee preventative maintenance controls and ensure timely and accurate data input. Process GR entries and conduct physical inventory maintenance. Manage and approve PM orders and maintain and report on the GFEBS PM system. Execute data entry and reporting functions within GFEBS.
Hours: Available between 0600 – 1630 hours, Monday through Thursday, excluding Federal holidays or when the Government facility is administratively closed.
Qualifications:
A minimum of three (3) years of GFEBS experience is required. Specific expertise in Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects is essential. Demonstrated experience in successfully utilizing GFEBS on a Military installation. Familiarity with the following GFEBS roles is mandatory:
- A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer
- A76 DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance Controller
- A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor
- A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer
- A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer
- A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver
- A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer
- A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter
Certification: The selected candidate must possess a working knowledge of GFEBS and must complete GFEBS training modules provided by the Government within thirty (30) business days of employment. Certificates of completion for all roles pertinent to the position’s requirements must be presented.
