Legal/Risk Management Coordinator

Overview:

We have the perfect job if you demonstrate strong organizational and research skills and enjoy new challenges every day. In this integral role, you will be responsible for supporting AMLI Residential’s Legal/Risk Management department. Currently operating in hybrid home/office schedule.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer department databases, including corporate entity, contracts, and risk management incidents.
• Research, track, and follow up on operational licenses and permits.
• Manage, disseminate and follow up on Legal Notices
• Prepare and maintain required OSHA filings.
• Provide real estate transaction and due diligence support.
• Manage and follow-up on crime and security incidents.
• Litigation support as required.
• Maintain and organize central real estate and corporate records.
• Research and respond to documentation requests from co-workers, auditors, and attorneys
• File insurance claims, gather claim information, and retrieve financial data from insurance carriers.
• Manage and maintain department intranet page

We are looking for someone with two or more years’ related experience, a college degree preferred, and strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power-Point. Database administration experience is a plus. We are also looking for a candidate with problem-solving skills who can work independently. Spanish-English bilingual is a plus.
