This job is responsible for assisting in the execution and management of leasing of properties on behalf of Clients. Activities include working to maximize asset awareness, leasing activity, rental rates, and occupancy.Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage daily office leasing and operational activities
Responsible for supporting aspects of the lease agreement process. Activities include:
Logging and monitoring lease execution terms
Maintaining updated and accurate lease database
Billing tenants and calculating rent changes as they arise
Resolving disputes between tenants and/or between owners and occupiers
Monitor and analyze leasing transactions
To develop relationships with client and to be responsible under the leadership of Department Head
Manage tenant relationship activities and enhance the frequency and quality of tenant interaction
Coordinate departmental reports and draft Leasing and Marketing reports for presentation to the client on weekly and monthly basis
Coordinate the Commercial Leasing team in all aspects of leasing process including, but not limited to application processing, paperwork processing, site inspections, site finding, lease renewal process
Consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature and attend conventions, seminars, association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets
Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property transactions
Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties
Performs other related duties as required or requested.
Skills and Capabilities
Having market research skills
Knowledge of real estate practices
Able to establish networks with clients
Good English skills (spoken / written)
Computer skills, proficient in MS Office programs.

Professional Experiences
Have 1 or more years-experience in real estate/industrial/ logistics transactions consulting
Degree in Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, Banking, Real Estate or related major.
