Lease Compliance Specialist – Remote, CA

Provides leadership and coordination of the assigned area’s support team by ensuring all administrative and clerical functions are completed in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures

JOB DESCRIPTION

*California Real Estate License Required

(Must be obtained within 90 days of employment)

*Candidate must resident in California

  • Daily review of each property lease agreement generated for new move-ins or renewals.
  • Daily signing of each property lease agreement for new move-ins or renewals. Estimated at 120,000 leases annually, 2,300 leases weekly.

The hourly range for this position is $23 – 28 (Remote, CA)

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
